Earning someone’s trust takes to a whole other meaning when you are responsible for selling their most valuable asset. Marching up the ranks of real estate listings to sell multi-million dollar homes was once a rare occurrence before the inflation from Covid.

At the time when online real estate platforms were just starting to take over the market share of leads, The Nystrom Group built its funnel through a healthy referral business and local reputation. In an industry where you see more home and key borders than a business card rack at Home Depot, it was important to portray The Nystrom Group as a premiere Realtor group. Taking in to consideration the movement of AIRbnb and owning vacation homes we wanted to visually communicate the vacation lifestyle within the brand. 

Many of the homes in the desired market often looked like hotels rather than individual residences. And when taking in their photography with a logo mark, we wanted to embody a luxury boutique hotel.

In the world of real estate personal websites have taken a backseat to your larger tech companies such as Realtor.com or Zillow. The truth is every realtor needs the ability to search for homes on their websites, but no one ever does search for homes on slower inferior websites.

Utilizing a preexisting IDX technology  from Home Junction, The Nystrom Group was able to focus its digital efforts on creating premium content and branding all touchpoint and listing platforms.

Once we created a consistent corporate identity, the big marketing breakthrough came in the form of writing premium blog articles , instead of filling finite instagram feeds. This evergreen content connected to social media links built up a healthy stream of unique visitors and SEO.
